Greetings

I have been running intermapper for several years now. I am currently monitoring 27 different remote networks approx 6000 hosts.
I have one station at the network core that monitors all of the systems.
My biggest problem until recent times was that my maps were huge that I needed to run multiple monitors. This required an extra video card, which is still my preferred method.

Right now i am testing Intermapper remote. Still one machine hosts all the maps but the maps have become smaller and more manageable (kindof). However i miss the clean images running intermapper local. But it has gotten better.

I have one xserve as my intermapper host. The G4 500 i had before worked fine, however that was all he could do with this many probes.

I have no problems with my configurations, I use OSX 10.2.4- nuf said.

for those people running intermapper to monitor separate physical networks are you...

running intermapper in multiple locations?
using a multi-homed pc/mac?

what problems have people run into with their configurations?
