Perhaps part of the confusion/misunderstanding is that you're still 
thinking about the spec we use in the resource files for the black 
and green/red/orange/yellow icons. Where JPGs and PNGs are concerned, 
any JPG and many PNGs may be used. The drawback with using just any 
JPG or PNG at the moment is that there's no way to show the state, 
but we expect that to be addressed in the very near future. When it 
has been, will that be what you're looking for?
