I got this error also with 4.1.2. Using the 4.1.3b3 Version cured the problem.

Apple's support site says error # -43 has to do with permissions or file name errors. The second condition holds true only if files are being shared via SMB to Windows. I've checked permissions on some files in question and they are fine: owner and group have read & write for the account running InterMapper. The file names I am using are alphanumeric, with the exception of characters from the following set: (, ), +, -. (Commas & periods excepted).
Any suggestions on where to proceed?
