[IM-Talk] How does Intermapper select IP on Multi-homed system?

How does Intermapper select the default IP to use for the telnet and web server 
on a multi-homed server?  And can it be changed?
I am using Version 4.2.4 (Build 52073, i386/Windows/32-bit).
