Hi, Consider a map with two devices, connected via a network, and device 1 is Vantage Point. Now, if Device 1 goes down = Map in Down status & Device 2 in 'shadow down' status ACK Device 1 = Map Still in Down status! ACL device 2 = Map in UP/OK status. Hmmm.. Why does the map keep the Down status, when the prone device is ACK'ed? To me, there is no logic in this, since we don't send notifies either. Same rule should apply here, I think.
