Hi

Seeing a little problem when running IM Remote 4.5 on Windows Vista
(Corp Release)

The IM Remote client doesn't seem to pick up on the proper time - all
the time stamps in my charts are showing what seems to be Greenwich Mean
Time, as opposed to Pacific Standard Time, which is should be

The OS is set for PST time zone.

I have tested this running IM Remote on XP and Windows 2003, neither of these platforms seem to have the problem and show the proper time / time zone. Only on my shiny new Vista machine. Note that the time stamps that look wrong on the Vista machine look completely correct on XP / Win2k3.

Anyway, just bug report for you.

What version of Java are you using? There is a known issue with new timezones in Vista - if the Java VM can't decode the computer's timezone, then it defaults to GMT.
Try 1.5.0_09 or 1.6.0rc1.
