Agreed. I also run several probes against the same hosts, ie SMTP, Host Resources, NT Services, as well as server hardware or application specific custom probe for a single host. If you could combine probes I think that would be very helpful. I monitor lots of windows and linux servers on dell, hp and ibm hardware. I seem to use at least twice the number of device licenses as I actually have devices ;)
