Kevin, There are four special groups:
* Administrators Group If the user is a member of the Administrators group, the connection is given full (read/write) access to every map and setting. * FullWebAccess Group If you have created a group named FullWebAccess, all members of that group are given full access to all maps through the web server. As with all web access rights, this is a read-only view. This membership also overrides any individual map access settings. * FullTelnetAccess Group If you have created a group named FullTelnetAccess, all members of that group are given full access to the Telnet server. * FullLogAccess Group If you have created a group named FullLogAccess, all members of that group are given full access to all log files. There isn't a special group for RemoteAccess users; however, you can create the group and assign access permissions to the group manually. Is there such a group for Remote clients? Preferrably 2? One for read and one for write??? We are starting to get management groups that want "private" maps and they use both web and remote access. We used to lump everybody into FullWebAccess but now we have to be a bit more granular. I only want to touch map permissions if they need other than "default" permissions.
