Hello, I just recently got some environmental sensors (tripplite envirosense) for a couple of my comm rooms that will give me temperature and humidity readings. I would like to setup intermapper so that it sends an alert when the temperature goes above 90 degrees or goes below 50 degrees.
Using the Range Threshold probe seems like the way to go but I am having problems getting it to work. I setup a range threshold as follows: High Critical 95 High Alarm 92 High Warning 90 Variable .1.3.6.1.4.1.850.101.1.1.2.0 Low Warning 55 Low Alarm 50 Low Critical 45 Legend temperature Units Degrees Fahrenheit Even when current temperature reading is within thresholds (89 degrees, verified with SNMP Get), I get an alarm and my status window has: "reason: temperature < 55 (currently 89)" This doesn't make sense to me. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks in advance for you help. --Jason -- --Jason ____________________________________________________________________ List archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/intermapper-talk%40list.dartware.com/ To unsubscribe: send email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
