We currently use Intermapper for the majority of the monitoring in our organization. We use the device list heavily and it's become an inconvenience for us to filter through multiple acknowledged icons to find real alerts. It would be useful for us if we could have the acknowledged icons not show up on the device list. Can we submit a change request for this action or can we purchase a custom update that will adjust this for us? Has anyone else experienced a similar difficulty with this feature?
