I've also tested the hybrid -- setting the IM Probe Type to Big Prother

The Page File info doesn't display at all, and the Network Info should be in
a fixed-width font or it doesn't display correctly. The granularity loss is
that I can't graph any of the metrics.

I would consider the issues with the Page File info and Network info
to be bugs; I've opened a ticket for them.
2. Why are the built-in Dartware probes such as that for Big Brother
un-editable and un-viewable? They don't cost extra, so making the probe
code open wouldn't risk an income loss. How about opening them up?
There are different reasons for different probes. It's not to be
difficult; it's generally because what we're doing in the built-in
probes isn't possible to do in the probe language.
The Big Brother probe, in particular, is fairly unique, in that it
doesn't probe, really. Like a BBDISPLAY, it sits there and waits for
the clients to report back, then sorts and displays the results and
maps them into the InterMapper paradigm for probing.
That said, if you were to give examples of what you would want to do
with the results from specific built-in probes, we could at least
consider whether there is anything we can do to make them more
flexible or customizable, or whether there are changes we can make to
the probe language in the future to make it more possible.
Thanks.
