Hi CP,

You could do this by creating a custom SNMP trap probe. Detailed information
on creating custom SNMP trap probes can be found on this page of the online
documentation:

Subject: [IM-Talk] Translating specificTrap into a specific message

Hi there,

We are using traps to monitor a remote HP server and receive the
appropriate trap messages when a PSU goes offline etc. What we would
like to do though is translate the specificTrap ID into a condition
string specific to each ID (e.g. 6049 means that one of the redundant
PSUs is not working) - is there a way to go about this?
