Would you please send me your custom SNMP trap probe, as well as the status window output for the device using the probe? You can obtain the status window output by right-clicking in the status window, selecting the 'Copy All' command, and pasting into your reply.
It might be helpful to send the event log as well, as this will contain the logged trap data. I will then ask one of our engineers to look at your probe.
