No, I believe that they're all there. The first five files:
IP-MIB-rfc2011.txt
IP-FORWARD-MIB-rfc2096.txt
BRIDGE-MIB-rfc1493.txt
IF-MIB-rfc2863.txt
RFC1213-MIB-rfc1213.txt
should be imported as a MIB (File -> Import -> MIB)
Then import the sixth file - com.dartware.snmp.tableviewer.txt - as a probe (File
-> Import -> Probe) and it should be available in the Set Probes... window.
