I'm currently exporting 3 interface flows on a 6503, with no measurable impact 
on CPU, and two interfaces on a ME6524, also with no impact. But, lower power 
routers may have issues. Of course, that's what the CPU utilization in the 
Intermapper probe is for. :-)
