Can someone tell me if the Helper Apps (Ping, Traceroute, Telnet & HTTP) used in Intermapper use the same IP as the monitoring Ping? I have an IP that is monitored green/good but cannot ping it. My thoughts are that the customer equipment is set to only allow ping from one IP and the Helper Apps are using different IP. Since Intermapper is set to monitor/ping each node every 30 seconds, what happens when you have more than 30 nodes? I'm obviously new to Intermapper. Thanks, -billS
