The server version seems to be 4.4.4
The IMRA version is 5.0.8

Yes, I'm logged in as Admin

Not sure what you mean when you say "run InterMapper on the server". If you 
mean run it from a console attached to the server, then thats a problem because 
that server is in a 3rd party facility some miles away.
