That's a question I've always wanted to ask but never got around to....

When we were mostly a "web viewer" implementation I could see in the logs
when and from where a web user used IM.

Now that we're mostly an IMRemote shop I don't see those connections in the
logs - I miss them.

Are they supposed to be there?

I'm going to open a ticket for you for this one. I'll post a summary of
the resolution to the list if it's interesting.
