Jason,

That might be a probe I wrote.  I remember finding that Cisco doesn't use the 
same OID on all models (or maybe versions of IOS) for temperature.  You might 
want to do an SNMP WALK to find out what the OID is for temperature on the 3745 
and substitute that OID for the one in the probe.
