Please send the netsaw2.log/ns2flows.log file (location and name vary with the OS, see the readme for each platform on the download page:)
http://www.intermapper.com/download-intermapper It would also be helpful to send the 'Copy to Clipboard' output from the Flows Settings > About window along with the above-referenced log file to [email protected]. It sounds as if you have done a packet capture as well? If you could send a sample of the packet capture (tcpdump/Wireshark) that would be very helpful as well.
