[email protected]. It sounds as if you have done a packet capture as well? If
you could send a sample of the packet capture (tcpdump/Wireshark) that would be very
helpful as well.
I have some additional information for you. The Cisco Nexus 1000v is a a NetFlow exporter built into a VMWare ESX server so that you can see all the traffic between virtual machines, just as if there were a real switch.

Consequently, you should be able to configure it as normal. Here is a guide to configuring Netflow on the Nexus 1000v on Cisco's site:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus1000/sw/4_0/troubleshooting/configuration/guide/trouble_11netflow.html

I would like to open a support ticket for this, but I don't have your email address. Would you please let me know if this information helps you? If not, I would be happy to open a support ticket for you. You can always create a ticket by sending an email to [email protected], or by using the Help > Report a Bug window in InterMapper.

Thanks!
