Did you make sure to reload the probes after making the change? I forgot to mention it. Assuming you did, then it's probably best to open a ticket at [email protected] and include: 1) The SNMPwalk 2) A detailed log for SNMP OID Errors and Network Events filtered on one of the devices using the new probe.
