I disagree with Derick and I thought we agreed that the default would stay E_ALL and not E_ALL|E_STRICT.
Oh, I misunderstood you comment then.
I don't really have an opinion on E_ALL vs. E_ALL|E_STRICT, as soon as you and Derick sort it out I'll adapt my patch (or you can make the one-line change before you apply it :-))
