I want to translate the documentation to my native language (Bulgarian)Well, you have to talk with Kouber Saparev (kouber at php _dot_ net) who got DOC CVS karma but according to Bonsai (bonsai.php.net) has never used it. Also there is no phpdoc-bg module in CVS. We have to ask for its creation.
