Yeah, although I have followed the steps described in http://www.php.net/manual/howto/chapter-translation.html and I have asked several times during the last year, a phpdoc-bg module wasn't created. As I have noticed, bulgarian is not the only language which is put on hold, but I'm not quite sure about this and regardless of if it is the case, I don't know what is the reason for this detain.
