I suggest that after PHP conference, when it'll be clearer of where PDO is 
heading, we decide on a tentative PHP 5.1 RC date and then see what 
can/can't make it in.
Quite a few things which have been suggested require very little effort and 
including what we already have in HEAD w/ PDO would warrant a release.

would really like to see libxml bumped up to a 2.6.x version for the minimum
requirement.
Also need a recap on the error handling (lost my notes in a crash).
