I was thinking more of a separate downloads page... if it's going to be
announced on php.net (and it seems it is), it'd be good to keep RCs in a
completely separate place at least. I know everyone's been using
php.net/~ilia or php.net/~derick anyway, but would it be better to have a
consistent link page _just_ for RC's, perhaps with a paragraph on it
explaining exactly what a Release Candidate is?

By the way, it would be nice to remove the old RC (php 4.4.4RC1 is
still listed).
