Truth now Stas, did you read to the end of my mail? I wasn't suggesting we *never* upgrade. I was suggesting there are better ways to do it than alienating our user base.
Re-read it, but I'm not sure I see what you are proposing besides not doing it. We want to use better compiler to build PHP on Windows - what should we do?
