Drop the launchpad and use php's cvs. We have actually two

Pierre, you are not in the position to tell us what repository we
use for internal developments and experimental features.
Or should I start flaming againt the developing of a new PHP parser
at svn://whisky.macvicar.net/php-re2c . Looks like there are two
classes of developers in your world. The bad and the good. The good
can use their own repositories. The bad may not. And MySQL is bad.

The implementation of the new scanner was an experiment at first to
see how viable it was, as soon as it was finished we created a patch
and the repository was no longer used.
We could have potentially created a new branch for this but neither
nuno or myself had karma for Zend/ at the time.
I think its totally legit that mysqlnd was developed externally. i
also think its legit to develop larger experimental features in an
external repo until we have something better to offer than CVS.
however day to day stuff should happen in php-src. now that mysqlnd is
resynced and that you guys have no more experimental features to test
out before 5.3.0, i would hope that da to day work now happens in php-
src.
the async stuff is scheduled for 5.3.1 at the earliest and so if you
feel it makes development easier, i see no big problem if bzr is used
for this. just make sure to resync soon enough before 5.3.1 so that
the community has a chance to examine the work inside php-src.
my 2 cents ..
