Qualifications:
- Although this calls for 2 people we would like to provide additional consultants, we will submit the top 2 candidates and provide 2-3 more back up candidates on a as needed basis.
- Provide resumes for each member of the two (2) person team(s) that will be assigned to work on the initial four (4) tasks identified above. Resumes should highlight experience with integration solutions design and development knowledge/experience in the following areas with particular focus on utility experience (if applicable):
- 2+ years direct experience designing and developing Integration solutions using Software Ag WebMethods (Enterprise Service Bus) Integration Tools and a knowledge of communicating via MQ Series or JMS queues
- 5+ years of direct experience working with Enterprise Application Integration, Message oriented Middleware or Service Oriented Architecture patterns and applications in a multi-tiered server/network environment. Work history should include significant experience developing/implementing Web Services and complex XML schema’s and data mapping
- 5+ years of experience with database design/development and SQL related development and administration tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed design and technical specifications, provide work estimates with task breakdowns while working independently or as part of a project team
