*Title: Test Lead* *Location: San Diego, CA* *Type: C2C* *Duration: 6 months* *Must have:* Master Control QMS and/or WERCS SDS Authoring Tool *Key Responsibilities:* · Maintains Quality Management system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis; troubleshooting system configuration issues; operating and system management; and escalating application problems to vendor. · Coordinates and manages functional, user acceptance, and performance testing. · Secures Quality Management system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation. · Upgrades Quality Management system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software. · Establishes Quality Management system specifications by analyzing access, information, and security requirements; designing business unit configurations. · Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. · Responsible for the implementation of new business unit configurations within the Quality Management system. *Minimum Requirements:* · Familiarity of the following software languages; web/.NET, Java, SQL as well as a conversant understanding of SQL Server, Oracle and MS Access database technologies. · Background in Quality Management Systems is strongly desirable. · Demonstrate application experience with Master Control QMS and/or The WERCS SDS Authoring Tool is a significant plus. · Must be able to support and modify JavaScript specifically in web based forms. · Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of the organization. · Experience with system support/system administration. · Ability to manage projects/initiatives including project estimation, project planning, resource planning, project budget control and successful completion. · Ability to drive multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment. · Excellent analytical abilities, creative problem solving skills and strong planning and organizing capabilities. · Ability to understand both the business and the technical aspects of the applications supported. · Familiarity of the following software languages; web/.NET, Java, SQL as well as a conversant understanding of SQL Server, Oracle and MS Access database technologies.
