I like the idea too, but isn't this old news?  He already started a company
named PepperCoin (see http://www.peppercoin.com) to implement and market
this stuff.  I haven't kept track of it since I looked at it last time
though.  I wonder if going from PepperCorn to PepperCoin required someone
with a marketing degree. <g>
