My guess is that the Reciva database is down at the time -- anything within "My Stations" is accessed from Reciva. When you use the preset you are pulling the URL from the radio itself - it isn't going to Reciva first.
That's one reason I favor radios with lots of onboard memories, even if you need to use pencil & paper to keep track of them all. My two cents...
