The 23rd (!?) Annual Winter SWL Festival is coming up March 4th through 6th in Kulpsville, PA -- just outside of Philadelphia. The early registration opportunity ends this coming Friday, February 19th. Rates go up after that. We are accepting online registrations via PayPal this year, to make it as easy as possible.
