One can purchase a gizmo with a built-in, adjustable
analog-digital-analog buffer that allows one to synchronize audio with
digital video, however one now needs to do the reverse for TV in some
instances -- where the radio delay is longer than the TV delay.

Alas, it takes a lot more memory and processing to manage a TV buffer
than it does a radio buffer.

See http://www.delayplay.com/ for one such device.
