This is related to one of my personal "wish list" items... you ought to be able to "buffer" or use DVR style 30 minute "go back" on most electronic audio/video devices. It's mostly a function of some memory and a minimal amount of programming. Digital synchronization seems similarly easy at first glance.
I like the "DelayPlay" but it's a solution that's not worth $199 to me. -- -Rob de Santos -----Original Message----- From: Richard Cuff [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, March 30, 2010 6:13 AM To: [email protected]; Internet radio discussion Subject: Re: [Internetradio] SMH on DAB+ in Australia plus radio reviews One can purchase a gizmo with a built-in, adjustable analog-digital-analog buffer that allows one to synchronize audio with digital video, however one now needs to do the reverse for TV in some instances -- where the radio delay is longer than the TV delay. Alas, it takes a lot more memory and processing to manage a TV buffer than it does a radio buffer. See http://www.delayplay.com/ for one such device.
