Call for Papers "National Responsibility and Global Justice" Interdisciplinary Colloquium Department of Philosophy, University of St. Andrews St. Andrews, Scotland (United Kingdom) 29-30 October 2010 __________________________________________________ We are now inviting young scholars and postgraduate students in philosophy, political theory, international relations and other related areas to submit high quality papers which are either direct responses to David Miller's book "National Responsibility and Global Justice" or explore themes such as human rights, collective responsibility, cosmopolitanism and nationalism, global justice, immigration and foreign aid. Please include a brief 300-500 words abstract and a contribution of no longer than 6.500 words for a 45 minute presentation. Please send your contribution prepared for blind review with the subject "submission to David Miller Colloquium" either to Alice Pinheiro Walla ([email protected]) or Yann Allard-Tremblay ([email protected]). Deadline for submissions: 6th September 2010.
