Call for Publications Theme: Human Rights in Times of Transition Subtitle: An Interdisciplnary Perspective Publication: Edited Volume Deadline: 30.5.2011 __________________________________________________ We are creating an edited volume on analysis of the impact of various transformations (transitions) on the sphere of human rights. The book will be focused on impact of diffrent types of transformations (of political, social, economic, cultural or demographic nature) on the sphere of human rights and international protection of human rights (on international, national as well as social level). The book will cover both theoretical problems and practical researches (in interdisciplinary perspective). We invite potential contributors from the fields of: human rights, international law, politics (international studies), economics, psychology, sociology, geography, ethnography, demography, and culture, both scholars and practicioners. Prospective contributors are invited to submit their initial proposals (500 words) to the editors by May 30, 2011. The invited essays (6000-9000 words) are to be submitted by September 30, 2011.
