The journal Filozofija is pleased to announce the call for papers
to be published in the 35th issue of the Journal, due to appear in
December 2013.

This peer-reviewed journal is published twice a year on paper as well
as on- line, under the auspices of the Faculty of Philosophy at the
University of Sts. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, Republic of
Macedonia.

Filozofija invites submissions of original academic research
across all philosophical disciplines.

The submissions should enter into one of the following categories:
1) Research articles related to the specific topic of the issue;
2) Research articles not related to the specific topic, to be
   included in the Varia section;
3) Reviews of recently published philosophy books, to be included
   in the Book Reviews section.

The topic of the 35th issue of the journal is "Language, Context and
Interpretation".
We invite contributions which approach the phenomenon of language
from a philosophical point of view, within the logical,
hermeneutical, argumentative or any other philosophically relevant
perspective. The contributions which focus on specific mechanisms of
functioning of language in different communicative and cognitive
contexts are of particular interest. The analyses of contextual
aspects of interpretation are also welcome, especially in the cases
of interpretation of philosophical, legal or religious texts.

The submitted papers must not be previously published or be
simultaneously considered for publication elsewhere.

Submissions should be sent by e-mail attachment to the following
electronic addresses: <filozofija.jour...@fzf.ukim.edu.mk> and
<a...@fzf.ukim.edu.mk>, prepared for blind reviewing. The authors
should remove from the body of the paper, the notes and the
references all self-identifying references. The name, affiliation and
contact information of the authors should be provided on a separate
page.

The Journal invites contributions in Macedonian, English, French,
German, Russian, Spanish and Italian. The authors should submit their
papers in proofread versions. For authors submitting papers in
language(s) other than their first language, it is strongly suggested
that the text be edited by a native speaker of the language(s) in
which the paper is written. Short info (100-150 words) about the
authors, containing a short description of their research interests
and recent publications, should be submitted in English, on a
separate page. Each research article should contain an abstract (150
– 200 words) in English, and a list of 5 to 7 key words, also in
English.

The deadline for submitting the articles is October 15, 2013. For
further details, contact the editorial team at:
filozofija.jour...@fzf.ukim.edu.mk
