About the journal:

Intellectus is the African Journal of Philosophy that focuses on
understanding philosophy with the perspective of its practical
applications to issues in Africa and/or African heritage. Intellectus
is an open access peer-reviewed online journal that publishes
research articles, book reviews and interviews on African philosophy,
black studies, and applied philosophy (in ethics, epistemology, and
metaphysics) and feminism, international law, public policy, and
socio-political philosophy in their relevance to the African
continent.

Additionally, Intellectus doubles as an academic journal and a
platform for professional mentoring of philosophy students across
