I am not a C++ programmer but there are ActiveX's that come along with
Cach�, you should be able to use them with C++ builder. 

AFAIK, we have plans to deliver Delphi stuff with 3.2 by the end of the
year (amongst many other things to come), not sure about any special
activities concerning Borland's C++ builder. Maybe someone else in this
group can give you more details on this. (AFAIR, VCL is the
InpriseBorland version of MFC, VisualComponentLibrary...?)
