A default downloadable installation needs task manager just for housekeeping.
CSP is a nightmare with anything but an unlimited license.
We do agree on this, I find it worth emphasizing. ISC has really missed the boat on this as we say in America. Most Americans got here by (someone) catching a boat.
I am fairly certain that the first proposal would not be acceptable. But we would get it right, eventually.
