Neverthless leaving all this, I will say that programme a 8-bitter uC that
handles the phase cutting etc for dimming the lights and communicate using
the UART/serial channel to and from IOIO & uC , very easy and next to cost
addition (well practically cost of a uC perfect to do this will be around
$2)
