I'm seeing this behavior and I'm curious if anyone has the same experience. I set up the sequencer and all runs fine. I stop it then close it. I then run the same code to reopen it and I lose the connection to the IOIO. It seems to be related to how fast I reopen the sequencer. If I wait a few seconds it will work most of the time. It also seems to be worse if the connection is BT. If I open another pin, a digitalout for example I don't have a problem reopening the sequencer. I've tried v5.02 and still the same behavior.
