I tried it on windows previously, but kept getting some java not recognized error when I tried to run the ioiodude program, even after installing sun java. I will have to look into that method some more.
I had the same problem on Linux but it works fine on Windows. I'll try it > on Linux again at some point this weekend and let you know if I can get it > working. > > >> "You need to do the pin 1 thing in conjunction with spring the boot pin to ground. Read the instructions carefully." I guess I thought the boot sequence was just normal power on separate from the bootloader power on. So when shorting both boot and "1" to ground and then powering up, I still don't see the fast blink status light, it just shows the normal blink speed as it goes into bootloader mode. After removing the power and then the shorts, then powering up externally again, there is no blinking status led at all. When am I supposed to see the fast blink status light? I have also tried removing the boot short and then the 1 short while it is on, and in vice versa order while still on, to no effect. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ioio-users" group.
