Nothing special. All I did was update the firmware on the IOIO-OTG to IOIO0500 when I received it.
USB debugging is disabled on my Note 2. The IOIO-OTG is powered by a 12V (or 5V) DC wall wart through the JST connector. Connecting the IOIO-OTG to my Note 2 by USB (OpenAccessory mode) or bluetooth just works with no fuzzing. I did notice that the operation of the IOIO-OTG over bluetooth can be unpredictable if powered by feeding 5V through the V(in) pins.
