1.  Upgraded the firmware to v5
2.  Installed the precompiled HelloIOIO.apk from V5.03, and it works to
control the yellow LED. 
3.  But if I leave the IOIO connected the phone shows me the "Open Hello
IOIO when this USB accessory is connected?" dialog again after a while
(10 seconds to a couple of minutes), even though HelloIOIO is still running.
4.  Regardless of how I respond to this dialog, HelloIOIO no longer
controls the yellow LED from this point.  If I shut down down HelloIOIO
and allow it to restart, it works again.
5.  If I compile HelloIOIO using Eclipse and the V5.03 libraries, I get
the same behavior.

I'm assuming this isn't how it is supposed to work?
