IOIO power led is on and it charges when I connect it to the phone. USB debugging mode is off as you said. Yet more, when I connect IOIO to my Android phone without having the debugging mode on, it asks if it should run the helloioio app as default. No problem until there. But the yellow led doesn't turn on. I've already checked everything you mentioned. I did what you suggested, but got the same results. In addition, I ran it before. If it was about the firmware, it wouldn't have ran before.
