We have been trying for a while now to establish a connection to the IOIO-OTG board with a connected dongle. The dongle is listed as supported under the name "…. 00:15:83:0C:BF:EB …. Magic Dongle". https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9434 We can find the dongle as 00:15:83:0C:BF:EB in various Android devices but no connection can be established. Our specs are as follows as read from connecting the OTG to my Android running IOIO Hardware Tester: -Android device used: multiple (mostly the GT-I8190) -Android version: 4.1.2 -BT Adapter: Enable -IOIO Hardware: SPRK0020 -IOIO Bootloader: IOIO0400 -IOIO Firmware: IOIO0500
We are applying 6V and 1A power to the board and we also confirmed that the potentiometer is in the rigth position. We were wondering if anyone knows if we are having issues due to a faulty set up (Firmware or android incompatibility) or due to the dongle underperforming or something else.
