we have used the IOIO boards with our customers for over 18 months without a operational failure. Our product, a graywater and multiple zone irrigation controller, sits in an irrigation cabinet which does protect the circuitry from extreme levels of dust, however the tablet, ioio and associated daughter boards are subjected to freezing cold and very hot conditions throughout the year.
We now incorporate the ioio design into our own custom boards, with the only change being to use a usb connector having through hole studs to securely mount the connector to the board. This was an issue for us, as upwards pressure on the USB cable could result in the terminal lifting off the board.
If you can prevent the possibility of stress on this cable (we could not due to space constraints in our cabinet) you will have no problems. We also use cheap 7" chinese tablets, which are mounted using industrial velcro - without any issues.
Our systems run 24 x 7.

Hello guys,--To be clear i am not condemning the IOIO-OTG board, only need to find some information on the available boards in the market.First, do we have any board that almost similar with IOIO-OTG? I need to find a board where it can support:-1)Bluetooth connection (not my priority, just a concern if needed)2)Reliable and durable (will be use inside manufacturing factory) means it can withstand 24/7 without stopping - Biggest concern3)Supports android tablet, apps, or any related android things etcThe reason why i'm asking is, I quite doubtful on IOIO durability in means i need to replace it over and over again after few months.Thanks :)
